Membership
THE SEASON 2010/2011: With the exception of the annual concert, the venue is WELWYN GARDEN CITY GOLF CLUB, Mannicotts, High Oaks Road, Welwyn Garden City. There is plenty of free car parking space in the grounds or outside in an overflow car park. It is also within 15 minutes’ walk of Welwyn Garden City station.
Doors open for socializing at 7.30 pm. Talks start promptly at 8.15 pm. The membership subscription for the season 2009/2010 is £25.00 per person (plus a supplement of £7.00 for the concert in March). Visitors are welcome, at a charge of £5.00 p.p. per visit, payable at the door.(£10.00 p.p. for the concert in March). To become a member and to receive the periodic Newsletter, please complete an application form (see next paragraph) or for further information, please contact 01707 372264. Please note meetings will in future be held on Wednesdays, apart from the Concert which will take place on Monday, March 14th
The membership subscription of £25 pa gives members access to meetings as described elsewhere, and newsletters during the period specified. Please send a completed form, with a cheque for £25.00, made payable to The Italian Circle to: Mrs Anne Palmer, Hon. Secretary, 15 Melrose Avenue, Potters Bar EN6 1SZ, who will issue your membership card.
If you wish, you can download the membership form from the website, print it, then complete & post in the normal way
DATA PROTECTION The Italian Circle will keep your details for administrative purposes, record keeping, providing information to you and arranging activities (about which we may notify you from time to time). These details will not be disclosed to persons outside the Circle’s membership. We require your agreement to this to ensure that we are compliant with the Data Protection Act 1988. By signing the membership form, you confirm that you consent to our holding and using your information for these purposes.
Members and Visitors are reminded that the Dress Code of the Welwyn Garden City Golf Club does not allow the wearing of T-shirts, jeans or trainers in their Club House, which is where we meet.
